As the Lead Developer for VisitPetaluma.com, I managed the creation of a dynamic, visitor-focused website showcasing the unique charm of Petaluma, California. Utilizing WordPress, my team and I designed an intuitive, user-friendly platform that includes a total site refresh, revamps of many key pages, event listings, and a blog. We focused on creating visually appealing, SEO-optimized content that could be easily accessed and enjoyed on all devices. The final product was a successful digital gateway that saw a substantial increase in traffic and continues to enhance the city’s tourism. This project was really fun to work on, demonstrating the synergy of a dedicated team, the versatility of WordPress, and the power of effective web design.
